Your bag isn’t feeling too good? You’ve come to the right place.
At Crumpler, we design and make bags that last. Along with fun design, durability and function are paramount in our selection of materials and hardware. We understand the crushing pain of when your bag stops bagging, which is why we step in to repair our bags and keep them out of landfill.
How we take care of your bag:
1. We will fix any genuine manufacturing defects for FREE. If unexpectedly your hardware fails, zips stop zipping, or stitching comes undone, our repairs team will assess the issue and if it’s a defect, the repair is on us.
2. While everyday wear and tear or accidental damage isn’t covered as a manufacturing fault, no matter the age of your bag our repair team can fix just about anything for a reasonable FEE. Like good filler, we can get your bag looking plump again.
So... how do I do it??

Or if you're not around, submit a REPAIR REQUEST FORM and our team will assess what you need, and get back to you with the next course of action.
Please note we only assess repairs via our Repair Request Form, or in person at Bag Spa.

We know luggage takes a beating, which is why we build ours to be tough. Each piece undergoes rigorous testing, including impacts, drops, kicks, and pushes, to ensure it can handle your adventures.
However, even the sturdiest luggage may scuff, dent, or scratch over time, much like your favourite pair of sneakers. Our warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.
If your hard luggage has been damaged by an airline, we can help by providing you with an official damage report and repair quote. You can then use this to submit your claim directly with the airline. To get started, simply fill out a REPAIR REQUEST FORM below.
